Job Description

The Healthcare Business Banking Sales Manager reports to the Healthcare Segment Leader and is responsible for the sales and service operations for healthcare business banking clients in an assigned market. Drives growth in business banking segment for companies with annual revenue of $2.5MM up to $25MM. Responsible for staying current on/ensuring team’s continued knowledge of standard lending policies, products, and services as well as products and needs that are unique or of increased importance to segment clients. Provides leadership to a healthcare sales team to execute One Bank strategy and grow market share. Delivers strategic direction and leadership to sustain profitability and annual growth of the market. Fosters a team culture while overseeing relationship management, business development activities, and related risk.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or other related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Typically 10 or more years of business banking or relevant experience
  • Typically five or more years of management/leadership experience

Preferred Skills/Experience
  • Thorough knowledge of healthcare banking products/services, banking operations, and current market trends
  • Prior experience establishing a team of segment specific-relationship management generalists and specialists
  • Demonstrated new business development and relationship management skills in the healthcare vertical
  • Detailed knowledge of healthcare credit analysis practices, procedures and underwriting
  • Experienced and adaptive management and leadership skills
  • Agile and innovative approach to problem solving and decision making
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups across the company to manage client relationships
  • Demonstrated business acumen with knowledge of diverse types of healthcare businesses, industries, markets, financial and economic concepts

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $150,790.00 - $177,400.00 - $195,140.00
